Yamaki Sansai is a small specialty shop located on Nakamachi Street, near Matsumoto Castle, offering carefully selected foods centered around ingredients from the Shinshu region. Our selection is made for both memorable souvenirs from Matsumoto and for moments that quietly enrich everyday meals. At the heart of our offerings are premium oyaki, long chosen as gifts for loved ones or as a personal indulgence. Fragrant shichimi that sharpens the character of a dish, simmered foods that reflect the blessings of mountain and countryside, along with soba with gentle aroma and calm depth of flavor, and refined sweets with simple elegance.
